To ensure the maximum return on investment for both our Chinese and Central California partners, we do the following: analyze strategic opportunities, identify collaborative capacities, establish networked approaches and build enduring partnerships.  

 

The first stage of our work is to analyze the structure of the market segment for the target activity and the strategic behavior of firms and organizations in a comparative framework, which we will call a strategic group.

 

The second stage of our work is to identify for our clients the unique cultural, psychological, and business-orientation aspects of potential partner organizations to identify collaborative capacity.  In particular, we seek to illuminate hidden dependencies, and hidden interconnections.  If not illuminated, in time these may become vulnerabilities.

 

The third stage of our work is to combine the strategic group analysis and the identification of collaborative capacity into a networked approach optimizing the value-add chain.  We facilitate and broker new partnerships looking to create new synergies.

 

The fourth stage of our work is to build enduring partnerships, establishing a new eco-system capable of strategic foresight and action.   In doing so, we pay careful attention to the following:

 

  • Expectation Management. Helping client and partner agree on the stages of collaboration and the expected mutual benefits with milestones for their achievement.

 

  • Facilitated Cooperation. Establishing terms of reference, memorandums of agreement, and frameworks of collaboration. External legal, accounting, and staffing support to establish and manage the new venture can be included.

 

  • Organization and management of collaborative platforms. This may consist of developing online products, opening and managing liaison offices, managing fund raising and donation support for public organizations, or securing venture capital equity participation for private sector firms.  Where ever possible, we promote open innovation models and collective action.

阶段处理:帮助客户和合作伙伴在合作各阶段确立决策,为其在重大期待成功事件中获取期待互惠利益。   

推动合作:建立参考规范,协议备忘录,及其他合作框架,包括建立新的合资企业所需的法律,账务及雇员等范畴。

合作平台的组织及管理:包括在线产品开发,联络机构的启动和管理,民众机构捐赠及募捐管理,私营公司风投资本及股权确认等。只要有可能,我们将推行开发创新模式,推动公司行为。
